In this video, Paul Murphy pushes back against attempts to discredit protests against the war in Ukraine as “pro-Putin.” While condemning Putin’s war, the anti-war movement cannot be silent about the role of the US and NATO in increasing military tensions in Eastern Europe and toward Russia over the last decades. To prop up the US and NATO’s imperialist policies, most western capitalist media outlets are stirring up support for their agenda, painting any protest as “pro-Putin.”
